As Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimisation of manufacturing processes to support high-quality aerospace production. You will be hands-on in CNC programming, process improvement, technical support for quotations, and managing product structures within ERP systems. Manufacturing Engineer Job DescriptionDevelop & improve manufacturing processes for new and existing componentsLead CI initiatives to improve quality, reduce cost, and optimise lead timesSupport CNC programming (Turning, Milling, 5-axis Mill / Turn)Contribute to quotations and project deliveryDefine tooling and workholding requirementsWork collaboratively with operations, quality, and customer teamsManufacturing Engineer Qualification / Skills / ExperienceHNC / Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience5+ years in a precision engineering environment (aerospace preferred)Strong CNC knowledge : Fanuc, Siemens 840d, HeidenhainExperienced with aluminium, titanium, InconelProficient in Solid Edge, EdgeCam & Microsoft OfficeFamiliar with GD&T, RCCA, 8D problem solvingExperience with SQDCP and lean tools desirable If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
