About the Opportunity

This team works globally, handling all technical aspects of the business and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly communicate the benefits and values of their solutions to clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and product teams to define technical and business requirements for complex deployments involving integration with our SDK and APIs
  • Contribute to technical sales proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements
  • Create and communicate detailed documentation, such as statements of work, integration plans, and success criteria, to ensure successful business delivery
  • Identify gaps in our offerings and contribute to the growth of our partner network to address these gaps
  • Stay on top of trends in the transit and payments industries, contributing to ideas for product innovation

Requirements

Ideally, you’ll have :

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience after completing a degree in computing science, software engineering, business and IT, or a related field
  • Experience in retail or high transactional payments (essential)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales technical role, management consultancy, or similar capacity, ideally within the transport or payments industries
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to various audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead an independent workstream while contributing to team objectives
  • Experience responding to bids and tenders as part of formal procurement processes
  • Ability to assist technical stakeholders with integrating APIs and SDKs, with a solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt, learn, overcome challenges, and drive impact
  • Proven experience analysing customer requirements and developing optimal solutions for stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SaaS, API-driven technologies, and third-party integrations
