Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting social worker with excellent adult social care experience to join a busy team at a Bracknel Forest . They need someone who can come into a well-managed team and hit the ground running from the off. The contract is for 6 months but may be extended depending on your performance and the manager is very flexible on home working after an initial bedding in period.
Must have experience in :
- Completing Complex Care Act assessments and reviews
- Mental Capacity assessments
- Carers assessments
- Safeguarding / s42 enquiries
- Mental Health tribunal social circumstance reports
- Strength based practice
- Working on Duty
