  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their potential is nurtured.
  • Assist in creating and delivering engaging, fun activities that support learning in all areas, from communication and motor skills to social-emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop personalised learning plans and strategies that help children succeed.
  • Support children throughout their daily routines, from mealtimes to playtime, always prioritising their happiness, well-being, and safety.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues – making sure every child feels valued and cared for.What We’re Looking For :
  • Experience with SEN : We are looking for someone with experience working with children with SEN, or a strong passion for supporting children with additional needs.
  • A Love for Early Years : If you’re passionate about working with young children and committed to helping them grow, we want you on our team!
  • Qualifications : A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) is desirable, but your enthusiasm, dedication, and experience are what really matter, with a good understanding of The EYFS and Development Matters.
  • A Team Player : You’ll be working alongside an incredible team of professionals – strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
