Principal People are excited to be partnered with a leading education provider who are looking for an Interim Health and Safety Manager to join them on a 3-6 month contract. This role will be covering their multiple locations within the North-East and the successful candidate will be required to undertake a range of operations duties including safety inspections, reviewing of RAMS, accident investigation, general H&S guidance and advice amongst other operational health and safety responsibilities.

They are looking for a strong verbal communicator and the role is to pay a daily rate of £(Apply online only) / day (Inside IR35).

The successful Interim Health and Safety Manager will :

• NEBOSH General qualified (or Equivalent)
• Have experience working within educational settings is desirable but not essential
• A varied sector experience e.g engineering, construction, manufacturing
• Be available to start immediately / on short notice
• Take a solutions-focused approach to H&S
• Be an engaging, strong communicator able to liaise at all levels.
