Mechanical Project Manager - based in Kent - £75K

My client are a Kent based leading M&E Contractor who have been operating for over 30 years.

As a business, they Turnover around £20mil a year and specialise within the education, health, commercial, leisure, industrial, high end residential and heritage sectors across London, Essex & Kent.

Their Project values range up to £6mil, but their “sweet spot” is between £1.5mil - £4mil.

They are now in a place where they are looking to add to thriving team and are looking to hire 1 x Mechanical Contracts Manager.

The successful candidate will :

• Have worked on Commercial Projects within the £2mil - £4mil range.
• Able to take projects from tender, through to final accounts.
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ / C&G / BEng / HNC / HND etc)
• Have a consistent work history
• Be based south of the river

THE JOB – MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Monday – Friday / 8.30 – 5.30

The candidate will be running 2 to 3 projects at a time dependant on value (typically 500k to 1.5 million) and would be office based visiting projects on a weekly basis as required.

SALARY & PACKAGE

Up to £75,000 (dependant on experience)
