We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our customers onsite operations team in Swindon. This role is essential in supporting the delivery of high-quality maintenance operations and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor

• Lead Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) : Support the team to ensure PPM schedules are completed efficiently, accurately documented within the Computerised Maintenance System (CMS), and improved over time.
• Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement : Drive feedback and innovation within the maintenance program.
• Support Engineering Operations : Assist the Engineering Manager, stepping in as needed during holidays or absences, and ensuring smooth team operations.
• Service and Repair : Perform fault diagnosis, repair, and servicing of all site equipment, proactively identifying replacement needs and minimizing downtime.
