Your New Role…
For this Maternity Cover contract, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Toys, Games and Promotional product development across EMEA. Translating Warner Bros. Discovery characters / qualities into Toys, Games and promotions. A large sector of the role 70% will be working directly with the Creative Director and other Warner Bros. stakeholders managing the LEGO Global account creatively to inspire LEGO and work collaboratively on their product development.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Trend and Design
- Understand vision and trends related to Toys, Games and promotional products across all segments
- Design balanced graphic elements (using color, icon size and space relationships) needed to develop product for all age segments
- Translate Warner Bros. Discovery storytelling into design and product application
- Toy packaging knowledge
- Conduct trend research regarding influences, illustration, graphics and products
- Understand the marketplace, and business climate
- Understand elements of product design and manufacturing
- Strong Illustration skills

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
