Temp to Perm role : Fulltime hours.

Starting pay rate : £13.28 per hour + overtime after 40 hrs a week.

Responsibilities :

• General production & manufacturing duties within the busy non-food manufacturing area, including working around the production machines in a safe manner and in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Manual role involving packing products, labelling, and palletising of product in line with the SOPs relating to specific lines and products.
• Carrying out quality checks; involving hourly inspection of the product, quarantining and back checking components and completing associated documentation.
• Running machinery and attending to remedial line stoppages, minimising downtime throughout the shift.
• Safely starting and stopping auxiliary assembly equipment when required.
• Collecting materials and continually filling the hoppers throughout the shift as required.
• Emptying waste bins and recycling and weighing scrap.
• General housekeeping activities and ensuring the work area is kept clean and tidy.
• Any other responsible duties as required by the Team Leader that falls within the scope of this role and the department.
