A Great opportunity to join an innovative and environmentally ethical company in the role of Project Engineer . As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
This role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days a week in the Honiton office, as well as flexibility in working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, if the weekly 40 hours are completed the working pattern can be at your discretion.
Project Engineer Responsibilities include :
- Oversee M&E projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Lead and manage teams of internal staff and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, providing technical oversight on M&E installations
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure quality and compliance with standards
Project Engineer Requirements include :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (7 years)Proven experience in managing M&E installations and commissioning projectsStrong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, with leadership and team management skillsProficiency in project management software, with excellent problem-solving and communication abilitiesCompany Benefits :
