Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Maintenance Officer on a temporary basis, initially for approximately 10-12 weeks. The purpose of the role is to support the Repairs and Maintenance Manager in the management of complex repairs, voids and planned works undertaken by technical officers to ensure aims, objectives, performance standards and customer needs are met or exceeded in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and best practice guidance, and within available budget parameters.

Duties include :

• Support the Repairs and Maintenance Manager in the delivery of repairs and planned works.

Oversight of complex repairs, voids and planned works undertaken by technical officers, using experience to provide support and guidance and lead by example in the delivery of all work.< / ...
