Teaching Assistant

Location : Snaith

Pay Scale : £84 - £97 per day

Start : September 2024

Contract : Part-Time / Full-Time

GSL education is providing an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Snaith . If you are passionate about education and eager to support students in their learning journey, we want to hear from you!

Job summary :

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment. You will assist in delivering lessons and provide support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities :

Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
Monitor and report on student progress and behaviors.
Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Requirements :

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable but not essential

Strong classroom management abilities.

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
