Wherever you’ve gained your experience in HR, you can build on your skills and further your career by gaining a coaching qualification, while enjoying a much more rewarding role. Along the way, you’ll continue to be doing what you do best : helping businesses to work better and smarter by giving them the talent to deliver results.

Day-to-day, you’ll work with learners via remote technology and in some case at their place of work to deliver the apprenticeship standard, including delivery of the Human Resources Support Level 3 and Human Resources Consultant Level 5 to successful completion of the programme. That includes providing the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. You’ll also help them to achieve transferable skills (in maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way

What will you bring to the role?

• Extensive, relevant vocational experience in Human Resources
• Recognised qualifications in HR (CIPD or equivalent) at Level 5 or above
• Recognised qualifications in coaching or mentoring (CMI, ILM or equivalent) at Level 3 or above
• GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
• Experience of working autonomously
• Familiarity of working in a high demand environment delivering to targets and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, presenting and listening skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
