We are currently seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for one of our established clients in the Loughborough area.

About the Role :

This role involves nationwide travel delivering goods across the UK while ensuring timely and professional service.

Key Responsibilities :

Nationwide deliveries from Loughborough to various locations across the UK

Operating Curtainsider Rigids

Ensuring all loads are securely strapped and transported safely

Maintaining accurate logbooks and adhering to legal driving hours

Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any defects

Providing excellent customer service during deliveries

Requirements :

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence with no more than 6 points

No major traffic offences No DR DD TT99 or NI codes accepted

Uptodate CPC & Digital Tachograph Card

Minimum 1 year of HGV Class 2 driving experience

Previous driving experience preferred (HGV Class 1)

A strong understanding of UK road networks and compliance regulations

Willingness to work flexible hours

Compliance with legislation Maintaining an accurate record of break times according to WTD regulations (drivers hours highway regulations)

Work Schedule and Pay Rates :

Monday to Friday days / nights

Variable Start Times

Hourly rate ranging from 14 to 16
