As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing projects and leading teams. Your responsibilities will include :

• Project Leadership : Leading and managing projects and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Surveying Expertise : Conducting measured surveys of existing buildings or sites, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Inspection Excellence : Carrying out site inspections and providing detailed inspection reports.
• Design & Build Proficiency : Preparing Employer’s Requirements for Design and Build purposes.
• Tendering Process : Managing tender invitations, conducting tender analysis, and preparing detailed reports.
• Full Project Lifecycle : Overseeing projects from start to finish, including specifications, schedules of work, and other essential documentation.
