Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Static - 4 on 4 off Days and Nights - Commercial Building - Liverpool Street , London  Up to £55,000  An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in the City of London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their shift team based on static site in Liverpool Street. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance on site.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in mechanical building maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression. PackageUp £55,000 Per Annum Overtime Available 20 Days Holiday Hours of work4 on 4off Days and Night Shift (07 : 00 - 19 : 00 / 19 : 00 - 07 : 00)Key duties & ResponsibilitiesMonitor mechanical plantPumps, Motors, Seals, BearingsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etcMonitor the BMS systemsBasic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)General building fabricEscort specialist sub contractorsUndertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported / escalated as required.Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.Escort specialist subcontractorsRequirementsMechanical qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient FacingIf interested please send your cv to Tom Gotts at CBW Staffing Solutions
