Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a global sporting brand who are looking for an Events Operations Administrator to join their ‘national tournaments team’.
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Event administration and assisting regional staff in their day-to-day business administration
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day set up and use of the company’s bespoke software, providing support to colleagues and developing its use for specific administrative purposes
- Responsible for the supervision of training other staff
- Responsible for booking travel and accommodation for colleagues
- Coordination of the dispatch of incoming and outgoing correspondence for the department
