Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Sous Chef for Pavyllon

Four Seasons Park Lane and Yannick Alléno are excited to announce we are looking for a new Sous chef for our 1 Michelin Star restaurant.Chef Allénois one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 16 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in inCourcheveland Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying ChefAlléno’sphilosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.

Your role

As Sous Chef you will be an integral part of the Kitchenteam,working alongside the Head Chef to manage the daily operations of a busy and dynamic Pavyllon team. The Sous Chef oversees thepreparation and production of all menu items and maintainsthe smooth running of the operation.You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day running of Yannick Alléno and Bar Antoine production.
