This will be kept up to date and reviewed regularly.Formulating and maintaining a stimulating programme of activities for groups of clients and for individuals, taking into consideration special individual requirements.Engaging clients daily lives within the community by initiating contact with local community groups.Liaising and consulting with staff, external agencies and relatives in relation to activitiesEnsuring the activity and social programme are accessible to all and it incorporates evenings and weekends.Familiarising and connecting with all key community groups.Regularly assessing the effectiveness of social events and the activities programme.Effectively risk assess internal and external activities.Ensuring the programme of activities is within the allocated budget.If you want to join our team as our Activities Coordinatorplease apply now as we would love to hear from you.Closing date : 31
