Qualification

Essential criteria

NVQ level 3 BTEC or equivalent or relevant experience plus additional training and / or experience in relevant speciality.

Experience

Relevant experience of working in a caring environment with people with complex physical, cognitive and behavioural problems

Commitment, enthusiasm and flexible approach. Excellent communication and team work skills.
