Position Overview

Responsibilities

Deliver consultancy services to farmers across Northumberland

Conduct comprehensive Farm Business appraisals

Manage Basic Payment Scheme and grant applications

Compile reports and budgets for various agreements

Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead

Combination of practical and farm business experience

Knowledge of DEFRA's subsidies and Agricultural Transition Period

Previous experience of managing a team

3+ years' experience in arable / livestock sectors (desirable)
