What our client is looking for :

• Personal care, including assistance with hoist transfers, dressing, bathing, and toileting using a tilt-in-space shower commode.
• Support with administering medications and PEG feeds as prescribed and monitor their effectiveness.
• Support with communication and mobility challenges.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and comfortable environment for the client.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Adhere to and advocate for client care plans and guidelines.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to the client.
• Good timekeeping.
