GRP Laminator – Aldridge, Walsall📍 Location : Aldridge, Walsall💷 Pay Rate : £12.25 per hour🕒 Hours : Monday – Thursday (Overtime available)📄 Job Type : Temp to PermBCS Connect is currently seeking an experienced GRP Laminator for one of our clients in Aldridge, Walsall. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering a stable career path with a well-established company.Key Responsibilities :

• Preparing moulds and applying release agents
• Hand-laying fibreglass and resin to manufacture GRP components
• Trimming, sanding, and finishing GRP products to high standards
• Mixing and applying resins, catalysts, and gel coats
• Identifying and resolving any defects in the lamination process
• Working from technical drawings and specifications
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standardsRequirements : ✅ Previous experience as a GRP Laminator✅ Knowledge of hand lay-up techniques and fibreglass materials✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team✅ Good attention to detail and a proactive work ethic✅ Understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment🔹 Overtime available to boost your earnings!📞 Interested?
