Working 37.5 hours per week as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Nursing Associate role will see you bridge the gap between Healthcare Assistants and Nurses, supporting them and the wider team to deliver high quality, person-centred, compassionate care to Service Users.
With experience from the NHS or private sector, you'll have a natural way with people and be able to communicate effectively as you provide person-centred care and support for adults with acute mental health conditions.

As a Nursing Associate, you will be :
Maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality at all times
Developing and maintain clinical skills and knowledge necessary to deliver and evidence-based service.

The 24-hour acute inpatient service is supported by a full multidisciplinary team, which specialises in the assessment, treatment and stabilisation of people suffering from a significant mental health episode and in crisis.
