Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa. You will be working 27.5 hours per week between Monday - Friday, 1pm – 6pm. You will also be required to work every other Saturday, 8 : 30am - 1pm.

Excellent Basic Salary with an OTE of up to £21,500 plus benefits.

This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
  • Accurate data inputting of customer details
  • Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Improve and drive lead conversions
  • Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
  • Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
  • Adhering to brand standards

About you

  • Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Self-motivated & target driven
  • Able to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
  • Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
  • Competent using Microsoft Office
  • Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
