This setting supports children with varied diagnosis through 1 : 1 tutoring and alternative learning provisions. Upholding a high standard of education, there is emphasis placed on the important provision of social, emotional, physical and mental health-centred programmes that help students to thrive and reach their full potential. We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant / TA who can make a positive and lasting impact in the lives of individuals with Autism / ASD, ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties / MLD and Severe Learning Difficulties / SLD.We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to take on this day-to-day role, although there is potential for this to become a long-term placement for the right SEN Teaching Assistant / TA. Every day is different, filled with the opportunity to learn and grow. The successful candidate will bring a big smile, new perspective and skill set to this role. They will demonstrate an eagerness to develop their own skills to adapt to the pupils’ individual needs and have a positive impact on the school.The position will involve working with students across Key Stage 1 and 2 with diagnosis of Autism / ASD, ADHD, and MLD / Moderate Learning Difficulties and Severe Learning Difficulties / SLD. A proactive thinker with great organisation and the ability to take control of situations confidently is necessary.The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have : Experience working with children with additional needs / disabilitiesExperience working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and challenging behavioursLevel 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalentTeam-Teach or MAPA qualifications desirableIn return for the above you can expect to receive : A dedicated team of consultants available 24 / 7 to help you with the easy onboarding processGuaranteed Payment Scheme
