The Senior IT Change Specialist will manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects within a regulated environment, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality standards. Work across Bupa Global and Bupa UK on high-priority changes with significant risks and interdependencies. Define and drive assigned programs / projects, managing specialist teams for high-standard day-to-day deliveries.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from business case to implementation, ensuring business readiness and benefits realization. You will serve as the senior point of contact between leadership teams, steering committees, and project teams.
