Through their award-winning Retrofit Assessments and Coordination, Project Management, and RICS Surveys, they empower clients to achieve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance property value through sustainable practices.About the RoleThey are looking for a motivated Building Surveyor with a Construction Related Degree, Associate RICS, MRICS, or CIOB accreditation to join their team, contributing to impactful, sustainable property solutions across the UK. This role involves travel (approx. 25,000 miles annually) to conduct on-site assessments and inspections.Benefits :

• Surveying and Reporting : Conduct comprehensive Property Surveys, Home Buyer Reports, Retrofit Assessments, Borescope Inspections, and EPCs. Deliver precise, data-driven reports with tailored recommendations that focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
