About the Role

We seek a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of software applications in the planning sector. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of program management software development lifecycles stakeholder engagement and strategic . The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation in digital planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership : Oversee the endtoend management of multiple App releases within the Financial Planning domain ensuring timely delivery and adhering to our SDLC and GTM Launch criteria.
  • Program OperationsMonitoring application development progress and routine status reporting to various internal stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with platform application engineering teams customers finance GTM Launch leadership and thirdparty vendors to align the program objectives with other departments.
  • Planning and Roadmapping Lead the creation and maintenance of application development plans ensuring that they are set up for success through resourcing dependency management and risk / issue identification.
  • Strategic : update and align program roadmaps ensuring initiatives support our company and team objectives.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers software engineers UX designers and GTM Launch to ensure smooth of projects.
  • Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks in program ensuring proactive problemsolving and issue resolution.
  • Compliance & Standards : Help teams adopt our engineering SDLC to drive consistency and quality.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experienceas a Program Manager leading largescale software application programs preferably within the Sales Performance Workforce Planning Financial Planning or Supply Chain domains.
  • Strong technical acumen with an understanding of Agile delivery at scale. Exposure to Scrum and Kanban as well as the ability to create edit and update Jira issues and roadmaps
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders clients and crossfunctional teams.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities with a track record of delivering highimpact software solutions.
  • Project management certifications(e.g. PMP PRINCE2 SAFe) are advantageous.
