We are looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our high-performing team and play a key role in supporting our Wealth Managers in providing strategic financial advice to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Report Writing – Update templated letters and draft basic suitability reports for ongoing advice reviews, ensuring Franklyn meets its Consumer Duty obligations and ongoing advice requirements.
  • Application Processing – Accurately handle client applications, liaising with product providers, advisers, and third parties to ensure timely completion.
  • Client Support – Prepare portfolio valuations, maintain accurate client records, and ensure all post-sale documentation is complete.
  • Operational Oversight – Support daily business operations, assist Wealth Managers, and contribute to key projects and initiatives.
  • Professional Development – Maintain technical competence, participate in update meetings, and continually enhance industry knowledge.
  • Client Interaction – Build strong client relationships through clear and professional communication, both face-to-face and over the phone.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Must have experience in a Financial Services environment (experience writing basic suitability reports for ongoing advice reviews advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities efficiently.
