Position Available : Voids Supervisor

We are seeking a Team Leader / Supervisor to join our team at Goldney Road, London, serving the Borough of Westminster.

Role Overview

As a Team Leader / Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services by leading a team and overseeing daily activities. This includes managing voids for a housing association and ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard. You will uphold excellent service standards, influence profitability, handle basic budget management, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Maintaining exceptional customer relationships is also a key aspect of this role.

Candidate Requirements

• Ideally, candidates will possess an NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant trade (e.g., plumbing, multi-skilled, carpentry).
• Previous experience working in a social housing environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships are essential.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices is required.
• A gold CSCS card would be advantageous.
