We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our busy and dynamic sales department. In this permanent role, you will play a key part in supporting the Sales Director, creating accurate quotations, estimates, and proposals for new customer opportunities, while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless processes.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in an electronics business, particularly those with a background in estimating, bid and proposal support, or quotation generation in industries such as PCB assembly or cable assembly.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Coordinator :

Generate, prepare, and upload detailed quotations and estimates for new customer proposals, working across PCB assembly, cable assembly, and related products.

Communicate with internal stakeholders such as sales, engineering, and production teams to gather information and ensure accurate pricing and specifications.

Utilise spreadsheets to track, organise, and manage quote data, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotations.

Support the Sales Director and sales teams in the preparation of bid proposals for new and existing customers.
