Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious 1 : 1 Support Teaching Assistant to join of our exceptional school located L36 Liverpool, starting as soon as possible!You’ll be joining an inclusive and loving school, focused on diversity and promoting a safe academic environment for those with complex additional needs.This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!What You’ll Be Doing in the Role :

• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
• Support the pupil consistently on a 1 : 1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs
• Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons / plans as appropriateEssential Qualifications :
• Must have recent / relevant experience working with children and young people.
• Must have a passion for education
• Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
