Finance Manager - HRA

Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a local authority within London to help secure them a Finance Manager within HRA.

We are seeking a well-qualified and experienced individual within housing finance knowledge to be a critical team member within the finance team.

Main duties of this position will be preparing monitoring report, working closely with the team and housing service.

The ideal person for this position will ideally be a full member of CCAB (preferably CIPFA), CIMA, CFA, or ACT with significant post qualification experience

There is extreme flexibility for this role as this is a one day a week in the office, which is generally a Monday with the rest of the time working from home.

Closing date for this role is Sunday 3rd March with interviews looking to take place week commencing 11th March.
