My client is currently seeking a proactive and engaging part-time Reception Administrator to join their friendly and well-established team in Melksham. You will play a vital role in the business, as you will be welcoming all visitors, ensuring they are signposted correctly and supporting the wider team for all administrative tasks.
The role :
Meeting and greeting visitors on-siteAnswering all inbound callsSorting the morning post and delivering to clientsBooking conference room meetingsGeneral administration including filing, scanning, and photocopyingProviding refreshments for visitorsUpdating and maintaining the in-house database Person specification :
Previous reception / administration experienceA professional and engaging mannerExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to pick up new systems and procedures quicklySound knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelThe company offers a supportive and dedicated team environment, where full training will be given.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 2pm (27.5 hours per week).
