Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for career advancement within an established company?

Job Title : Electrical Engineer

Salary : £38000 to £44000

Location : Southend on Sea, Essex

Responsibilities :

First line response for all planned and reactive maintenance on all M&E plant
Carrying out PPMs on pumps, motors, drives, AHU's,
Generator testing
UPS maintenance
Emergency Light Testing
Fire Alarm Testing
Small electrical works - rewiring, replacing sockets, lighting upgrades, changing lamps
All site HVAC PPMs
Reactive plumbing PPMs

Qualifications & Skills Required :

C&G / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations

18th Edition

Min. 6 years commercial facilities maintenance experience

You will need to have a clean driving license.
