We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join a primary school in Tonbridge for a maternity cover position, starting in September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for early years education to make a significant impact in a supportive and vibrant learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver engaging and educational lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
Monitor and support the learning of our students, adapting your teaching methods to cater to individual needs.
Maintain positive behaviour and encourage a collaborative classroom atmosphere.
Assess and record students' progress, preparing them for the next stages of their educational journey.

Requirements :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience teaching at the primary level, particularly in Year 1.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

A commitment to inclusive education and child development.
