Primary Teacher

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Primary Teacher to join a SEN school located in Croydon on a full- time contract. You will play a crucial role in helping primary age pupils with Autism progress and reach their full potential. The school is co-educational, independent specialist day school, providing the highest standards of education and care for children and young people, between the ages of 11 and 19 years, with complex educational needs.Teachers with a background in Early Years and Primary Teaching would be suitable for this position, if you are interested in this role we would love to hear from you! • Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) while collaborating with support staff and specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages personal growth, emotional well-being, and academic achievement.
• Carefully track and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports to inform future interventions and support strategies.
• Utilize effective behaviour management techniques, de-escalation strategies, and positive reinforcement approaches to create a harmonious and productive learning atmosphere.Qualifications and Experience :
