We’re searching for a UK-based Risk and Compliance Officer to join our Enterprise Risk & Compliance team, so that we can strengthen and evolve our global compliance program within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Risk and Compliance Officer will collaborate across teams to ensure consistency, uphold best practices, and drive compliance efforts that align with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Assisting with the compliance program and integrated quality / information security management system to maintain alignment with industry standards
Facilitating and conducting risk assessments in order to ensure risks are effectively identified and managed according to the company framework
Interpreting regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, SOC, CMS, HIPAA, GDPR) to ensure organizational compliance
Drafting and revising company policies, procedures, and training materials in order to promote awareness and adherence
Planning and executing internal audits to identify non-compliance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Experience in risk and compliance roles within healthcare tech or regulated industries
Proven success in conducting internal audits and managing compliance initiatives
In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks and industry standards such as ISO, SOC, HIPAA, and GDPR
Ability to commute to our UK office up to [insert number] days a week
Sincere interest in privacy, risk management, and maintaining ethical operations across a global organization
A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional and international teams
