Group Financial Reporting Accountant

Location : Stone, Staffordshire

Status : Permanent, Full Time

Why are we hiring a Group Financial Reporting Accountant?

Instem is seeking an innovative Group Financial Reporting Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to, and working closely with, the Group Financial Reporting Manager, the Group Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for assisting in producing consolidated financial information for the board and other key stakeholders across the business. You will have a keen eye for detail and ability to bring solutions to the table.

What to expect?

  • Responsible for the preparation of the Group's consolidated financial reports ready for audit.
  • Responsible for the production of year-end schedules for audit.
  • Responsible for the preparation statutory accounts for all group companies.
  • Responsible for liaising directly with the group auditors to provide all necessary supporting information to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Adherence to the Company's Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently.

Skills you'll need :

  • Qualified accountant or QBE
  • Consolidation of multi-currency groups preferable.
  • IFRS knowledge and experience preferable.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills and good general IT skills.
