Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to lead a team and provide high quality residential and dementia care for individuals of Preston.
We are looking for experience, reliable and trustworthy Team Leader who can positively lead a team and provide high quality care and support to adults residing in one of our brand-new services.
Hours : 12 Hour Shifts 8am - 8pm
Rota : 2 week rolling rota
W1 : Monday Tuesday Saturday & Sunday
W2 : Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Job Summary
- Leading and managing a team, including leading meetings, providing positive feedback to the staff and being a role model for the staff within the home
- Managing rotas to ensure these are fully staffed and there is a good skill mix
- To communicate effectively with the homes' management team, making sure that all concerns are dealt with quickly and promptly.
- To be accountable and responsible for the quality of care, effective use of all resources and safety of
- our services.
- To act as a role model for the team and be an ambassador for the organisation and lead on the
- effective implementation of the Vision and Values and business strategy.
