Your Mission

As a General Manager at The Botanist, you are the driving force behind a vibrant, high-performing team. Your leadership will cultivate a culture of growth, passion, and excellence, ensuring your venue flourishes. You’ll nurture talent, inspire your team, and create an environment where people thrive.

You’ll have full ownership of your venue, with the autonomy to shape its success. From growing financial performance to leading from the front on the floor, you’ll be hands-on in every aspect of the business. Your expertise in finance and people development will allow you to balance commercial success with cultivating an engaged and motivated team.

With your management team, you’ll plant the seeds of future success - conducting appraisals, mentoring rising stars, and ensuring every team member has the opportunity to develop and bloom in their career. You’ll take ownership of HR, recruitment, and succession planning, creating a talent pipeline that extends beyond your own four walls.
