The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining building systems, delivering reactive and planned maintenance, and upholding high standards of health, safety, and service delivery. This is a hands-on role suited to a self-motivated individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities Maintain all company-issued tools and equipment in a clean, serviceable, and presentable condition. Complete all company paperwork and IT system requirements accurately, legibly, and within required timescales. Participate in the weekday site shift rota (Monday-Friday, 07 : 00-19 : 00). Support the standby / out-of-hours emergency call-out rota when required. Present a professional, courteous, and approachable demeanour at all times to clients, contractors, and colleagues.
