We’re currently recruiting Cover Supervisors / Unqualfied Teachers  to support a secondary school in the Macclesfield area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, develop your teaching skills, and make a real impact on students' learning journeys — all while being supported by a friendly and experienced team.

The Role

As an Unqualified Teacher, you’ll take on classroom responsibilities such as delivering pre-set lessons, managing pupil behaviour, and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the usual class teacher. You’ll work across a range of subjects and age groups, making each day different and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across Key Stages

Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task during lessons

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Provide feedback to teachers and school staff as needed

Build positive relationships with students and staff

Adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles with confidence

What We’re Looking For :

Previous experience working with children or young people

  • Proven ability to engage students and maintain a well-managed classroom environment

Strong classroom presence and confident communication skills

A flexible, proactive, and resilient attitude

A passion for education and a desire to grow professionally

Degree holders and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply
