Navigating the position :

We are seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that cater to our users' needs. Collaborating with the Design department and Product Managers, you will design and implement effective learning journeys that optimize user engagement and efficiency.

This role requires a strong understanding of educational design principles and a customer-focused approach to address diverse learning needs. You will translate customer requirements into actionable strategies, creating engaging content that aligns with company goals and design standards.

By partnering with cross-functional teams and leveraging user feedback, you will ensure continuous improvement and innovation in our learning solutions, delivering a seamless and highly efficient learning experience.

Your Voyage Ahead : Needs Analysis

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and objectives.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate assumptions.

    • Curriculum Design

  • Design and develop comprehensive curricula and learning paths aligned with business goals and learner needs.

    • Content Development

  • Create engaging and interactive online learning materials.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to structure and define learning content.
  • Determine optimal methods and multimedia combinations for delivering e-learning content.
  • Specify activities and instructions to accommodate diverse learning styles.

    • Technology Integration

  • Utilize and recommend authoring tools and learning technologies to deliver innovative and effective learning solutions.

    • Assessment & Evaluation

  • Partner with the Learning Experience (LX) Manager to develop assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the impact of training programs.

    • Cross-Functional Working

  • Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and team members to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
  • Self-manage instructional design efforts, including timelines and resources.
  • Distribute accurate production requirements to visual designers.
  • Liaise with content engineers to ensure seamless production.

    • Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies.
  • Share articles, events, ideas, and methodologies with the design team to improve processes and outputs.

    • Recommended to bring on board :

  • A professional qualification in instructional design.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A pragmatic understanding of managing high-quality content with a professional and resilient attitude toward handling diverse individuals.
  • Empathy and Learner-Centric Design : Ability to understand the learner’s needs and create optimal learning experiences through well-structured learning journey roadmaps.
  • Learning Production Expertise : Proficiency in learning production processes, including ADDIE and agile practices.
  • Visual Storytelling and Media Editing : Mastery of visual storytelling and media editing techniques to craft compelling and engaging educational content.
  • Conceptualization and Problem Solving : Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication and Collaboration : Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
