Job Title : Counterbalance DriverLocation : Leicestershire, LE15Shift : 07 : 45am - 4 : 15pm or 05 : 45am - 2 : 15pm or 08 : 00am - 4 : 30pm (40 hours per week) Pay Rate : £12.50 - 13 per hourBenefits : Annual Profitability bonus scheme (up to 7% of salary) subject to company performance results + 20 days holiday plus 8 public holidays (increasing 1 day per year of service to max of 25 days) + 4 x salary Death in service benefit + 5% employer contribution to personal pension schemeThe Company : A well-established manufacturer of powered systems.The Counterbalance Role : Operate forklift,Handling and delivery of components / parts to production assembly linesPhysical preparation and packing of customer orders,Stock Maintenance assistance,Loading / unloading lorries,Highlighting issues / risks with warehouse / forklift systems / processes and propose remedial action / resolutions for discussion / agreement.Support in Despatch processesCorrect / Safe storage of machines and goods, ensuring Safe Working Loads (SWL) are not exceeded The Candidate : Valid ITTSAR accredited Counterbalance essentialIdeally valid ITTSAR accredit Reach truck license.
