DATA & BI MANAGER (Snowflake) Somerset - 3 days in office per week

The Data & BI Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data strategies, ensuring that the company harnesses the power of data to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities : - Lead the development and management of the data warehouse strategy with Snowflake- Build and manage a high-performing data and BI team.- Collaborate with finance and other departments to support broader transformation initiatives.- Drive the centralised approach to data management and reporting.- Support the organisation's digital transformation efforts through effective data utilisation.

Skills : - Proven experience in data management and business intelligence.- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies, particularly Snowflake.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and innovation.
