Sales and Marketing AdministratorHalesowen (B62)Competitive SalaryFull Time Permanent PositionMonday-Friday 09 : 00-17 : 00 (Occasional Saturday - Shorter Hours)Our client are looking for a Sales and Merketing Administrator to join their team in their busy operation at their Halesowen site. This is a full time role based onsite 5 days per week, plus the occasional Saturday on a rota basis (shorter hours). Their site consists of several warehouse spaces, with spacious offices and free onsite parking. Accountabilities : Execute the order process from the beginning to the end including after-sales support with high attention to detailResearches new business development opportunities to acquire new businessActively contributes towards upselling and promoting the Company’s full product rangeResolution of all customer matters or general queries efficiently and effectively and in line with Company timescales and proceduresAssist with the development and implementation of new e-commerce platform, including ongoing monitoring, training, product listings, scanning / barcode facility, SKU’s, locations etcDevelop and implement marketing and selling strategies for product clearanceDevelop and implement strategic marketing plans, setting targets and goals to improve salesDevelop and implement new marketing and selling platforms, ie.
