This is a rare Monday to Friday only opportunity – offering a great work-life balance and the chance to develop a long-term career within a supportive and professional dealership environment.While motor trade experience is preferred, our client is also open to applicants from non-automotive backgrounds, provided you bring strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach.Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor : Booking vehicles in for service, MOT, and repair appointmentsLiaising with customers both face-to-face and over the phoneCoordinating with workshop and parts departments to ensure a smooth customer journeyProviding updates and advice to customers regarding their vehicle's progressProcessing invoices, raising job cards, and handling paymentsAssisting with parts-related tasks as required, including checking stock and processing ordersWhat we are looking for : Experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role is desirableStrong customer service background essential – motor trade experience is a bonus, not a mustComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent communication and organisational skillsA full UK driving licence is essentialPackage : Basic Salary : £27,000Bonus Potential : £4,500 per annumTotal Earnings : £31,500 OTEHours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am to 6 : 00pm – no weekend workAdditional Benefits : On-the-job training and development, Clear opportunity for career progression, Supportive team and working environment.
