Position : Operational Support Manager

Location : Field based

Job Description :

We are currently looking for an Operational Support Manager to join our central Operations function. The objective is to support and develop the operational functions and drive efficiencies across the UK and ROI subsidiaries network.

The ideal candidate will already be working within the automotive industry and will have relevant management experience.

Key responsibilities and duties :

  • Provide support, train, and drive compliance of existing and new branch processes
  • Analyse Branch KPI's and operational metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Identifying underperforming sites, working closely with the management team to formulate a strategy of improvement
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management
  • Assist with the roll out of any system development projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and communication
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the operational support team to ensure high performance and professional development
  • Raise any concerns regarding H&S protocols / safety of existing and new sites.

  • Knowledge of MAM Autopart preferred.
  • Experience in a similar operational role preferred.
  • You must be self-driven and enjoy working as a team to achieve results.
